Dedicated QS discipline from Venturer Modular Chennai — bills of quantities, package cost control and progress claims run against the model, so owners see cost certainty from first estimate to final account.
Certification managed across the chain — Eurocode CE, GLTAA, JAS — with factory inspection before shipment and site QC to acceptance criteria.
Large-format component manufacture in CLT and GLT — CNC machining and robot-arm cutting for complex geometry, connections and services penetrations resolved off-site. Decking panelised in purpose-built jigs, and joinery pre-assembled with glazing and rebated parts fitted before shipment. Produced direct from due-diligenced factories, sequenced for install.
Mass timber centric with hybrid solutions in treated softwood, hardwood and steel. Installation crews, logistics and site management included.
A vast array of cladding, joinery, interior and roofing products — architectural features without supply-chain compromise.
Additions and alterations with specialised coatings, timber care and treatments — keeping delivered assets performing.
Product inspected in the factory before shipment; predictable installation rates feed a firm programme on remote and island sites.
Every package is modelled before it is manufactured. Venturer Modular Chennai runs full 3D engineering, BIM coordination and QS — connection design, CNC fabrication data and panelisation resolved digitally, so what arrives on the barge fits first time.
The structures are only as good as the people who stand them up. Venturer’s own installation crews travel with the packages — trained on our systems, led by our supervisors, delivering predictable installation rates on remote and island sites.

Before mass timber, Venturer built its name on large-scale hardwood decking — and was among the first, back in the early 2000s, to move commercial decking from loose boards to factory-built interlocking panels. Twenty-five years of decking projects for some of the biggest brands in property development — Marina Bay Sands among them — became Dekloc™ — prefabricated modular decking systems crafted from certified tropical hardwoods.
Single-board approaches are slow, wasteful and hard to quality-control on site. Dekloc™ panels mean you buy only what you need; installation is fast and quality is controlled at the factory.
Commercial decking is still bought the old way — loose boards through fragmented supply chains, and certified tropical decking that is inconsistent in both quality and supply. The result is predictable on every large project: costs inflated by middlemen; quality you cannot control because you cannot select the boards; waste and stock losses on site; labour-intensive installation that blows the programme; and sustainability claims that cannot be traced through loose components.
Dekloc™ moves all of it to the factory — board selection, panelisation, QR-coded traceability and quality control happen before shipment, so the site receives a product, not a pile of sticks. And the finish moves to the factory too: durable hardwood, bolstered with pressure treatment, finished with factory-applied Patina+ silicates — a unique, high-quality product built to stand the test of time.
What that buys the project: availability, surety on price, and extremely high levels of performance.
African Ironwood, Yellow Balau, Merbau and treated Keruing from certified concessions — EUDR-compliant, with ISO 14064 GHG verification available.
Interlocking panels with robust composite backing; boards selected per panel, unsuitable material recycled — quality high, prices optimised.
Concealed, reverse-fixed CE-rated marine-grade fasteners dramatically prolong board life — panels interlock with minimal through-gap fixings.
Regionally manufactured, prefabricated panels install fast — full-container logistics, easy unstuffing, modern inventory control on site.
Every detail tailored — access openings, trims, borders, CNC-curved profiles — supported with testing and calculations.
Loose timber on site is where the waste happens — boards get damaged, mislaid and over-ordered. Panels are countable units: what lands is what installs. QR-coded and traceable, supplied direct from partner Dekloc™ manufacturers.
Yellow Balau with CNC-curved profiles — panelised geometry, factory-made.
50,000 m² of FSC-certified Ipe decking over steel structure — one of the region’s largest hardwood decking installations.
ACQ-treated Keruing Dekloc™ panels shipped April 2026 — jetties and guest villas. The system in production today.
Custom interlocking panels are produced where quality and wastage can actually be controlled — in the factory. Boards are selected per panel; anything unsuitable is recycled, not shipped. Instead of bringing sticks to site, we bring products — panelised, inventory-controlled, and locked into place. Quality, speed and cost stop competing with each other.
Decades in service across resorts in the Maldives, Caribbean, Dubai and Singapore. Dekloc™ systems and care products — MTCE Wash + and Brightener — are documented at nautilus-innovation.com →
Dekloc™ is delivered through the Nautilus marketplace — direct from export-ready, highly qualified manufacturers. ACQ pressure-treated hardwood panels, packed and containerised for site — unique to Dekloc™.
Comprehensive structure delivered direct from key manufacturers to the asset owner or main contractor. Every layer of cover sits with the party that can actually stand behind it — the mill for the product, the treater for durability, Venturer for workmanship, the engineer for design — with ongoing work to underwrite warranties through the insurance industry.
Audit and certification under ISO 14064 is now available across Venturer deliveries — with DoubleHelix Tracking as independent sustainability auditor.
Forests are carbon sinks — a more productive timber industry protects the global acreage of forests. Repurposing components from MET buildings enables true circularity.
Supply chains rooted in sustainable forestry practices — audit and certification under ISO 14064 now available.
Mass timber has potential for carbon credits with long-term value on the voluntary carbon market — supporting Article 6 (COP26) climate action.
Timber has a significantly lower carbon footprint than traditional construction materials — with ISO auditing and certification to prove it.
Venturer and Nautilus run the same four-stage engagement model that owners see on nautilus-innovation.com — Nautilus leads the front end and the marketplace; Venturer delivers the build and stands behind it.
