Unlike any other structure, the net carbon footprint for a timber structure is calculated built on site is a significant negative. We believe it is critical to communicate to everyone in the value chain, the narrative of the sustainable timber journey from the forest to the project, something that to date the industry has largely overlooked. 

Venturer lead our segment with enhanced wood supply chain transparency whilst advocating for the trade-in legal and sustainable timber. We are the first mass timber builder to be audited and certified as a PEFC  (Programme for the Endorsement of Forest Certification) builder.

Certification meant establishing significant SOP’s pertaining to responsible procurement, labor practices, and compliance with sustainability directives.
